Door-to-Door Delivery

For customers who prefer delivery directly to a designated address.

Pickup Point

For customers who prefer to collect their order from a designated pickup point.

How are shipping fees calculated?

Shipping fees are calculated based on the chargeable weight of the order.

Packages under 1kg are charged as 1kg.

If the carrier calculates shipping based on volumetric weight, the carrier’s final chargeable weight will apply.

Is free shipping available in Hong Kong?

Yes.

Orders of HK$280 or more qualify for free standard delivery.

Special delivery requests or certain areas may require additional confirmation.

How long does Hong Kong delivery take?

Orders are generally delivered within 2–3 business days after payment is completed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Space Vanta will send the relevant shipping and tracking information by email.

How is my delivery address confirmed for international orders?

For international orders, Space Vanta will confirm your delivery address by email before shipping.

If we do not receive a response within 12 hours, the delivery address will be considered confirmed and the order will be shipped accordingly.

Once the order has been shipped, the relevant tracking information will also be sent by email.

When can I request a refund or return?

If your order arrives with a damaged product, quality issue, or an item that does not match your order, please contact Space Vanta as soon as possible after delivery and provide:

• Photos of the issue
• A video if necessary
• Your order information

We will review the issue after receiving the relevant information.

If the issue is verified and qualifies for a refund, the product cost and applicable shipping charges will be refunded to the original payment method within 48 hours.

For personal reasons, such as no longer wanting the product, not liking it, finding it unsuitable, placing the wrong order, or other non-quality-related reasons:

Orders not yet shipped:
The refund will be processed within 48 hours after confirmation and returned to the original payment method.

Orders already shipped:

• The product cost may be processed according to our refund procedure
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Returned products must remain in complete condition and will be processed after Space Vanta confirms their condition

Can I exchange an item for another product?

If you would like to exchange an item for personal reasons, such as choosing the wrong product, preferring another product, or no longer wanting the original item, please contact us in advance for confirmation.

The customer is responsible for:

• New shipping costs
• Any price difference, if applicable

What happens if I provide an incorrect delivery address?

Space Vanta cannot provide a refund when an order cannot be delivered due to customer-related reasons, including:

• An incorrect address
• Incomplete address information
• Failure to provide correct delivery information in time
• Other customer-related circumstances

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before your order is shipped.

Any additional shipping costs caused by an address change will be the customer’s responsibility.
