Space Vanta currently provides Air Freight shipping to Singapore.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the applicable shipping rate and the billable weight of the shipment.

1. Shipping Method

Orders to Singapore are currently eligible for Air Freight.

Available shipping options are determined according to the destination and order details and will be displayed at checkout.

2. Free Shipping

Air Freight is eligible for free shipping when the order value reaches the equivalent of US$120.

The free-shipping benefit applies to the first 5.5 kg of the shipment.

If the total shipment weight exceeds 5.5 kg, the first 5.5 kg will remain eligible for free shipping. Any weight above 5.5 kg will be charged according to the applicable Air Freight additional-weight rate.

The final shipping charge will be determined at checkout based on the destination, billable weight, and shipping information applicable to the order.

3. Singapore Air Freight Rates

Singapore Air Freight is calculated in 0.5 kg units.

The final shipping charge is determined according to the billable weight of the shipment and the applicable shipping rate.

For orders that qualify for Air Freight free shipping, the free-shipping benefit applies to the first 5.5 kg. Any weight above 5.5 kg will be charged at S$4.00 per additional 0.5 kg.

4. How Shipping Charges Are Calculated

Shipping charges are based on the applicable Air Freight rate and the billable weight of the shipment.

Where an order qualifies for free shipping, the free-shipping benefit applies to the first 5.5 kg. Any weight above 5.5 kg will be charged according to the applicable additional-weight rate.

The final shipping amount shown at checkout is the amount applicable to your order after the destination and shipping information have been processed.

5. Shipping Availability

Shipping availability may depend on the destination, order value, weight, and other shipping conditions.

If shipping is unavailable for a particular order or destination, the applicable method will not be displayed at checkout.

6. Delivery and Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond Space Vanta’s control.

Any delivery timeframe displayed at checkout is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

7. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to GST, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the relevant authorities.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in Space Vanta’s shipping charge.

Any applicable customs, import, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
